J. Roy Pottle , , , Chairman and Director

J. Roy Pottle is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Messaging Services, LLC, a privately held wireless messaging company he co-founded in 2005 that provides critical messaging services throughout the United States. Mr. Pottle is a seasoned business executive with almost thirty years of experience financing, acquiring and operating private and public companies in the media and telecommunications industries and the wireless messaging industry in particular. From February 1998 to November 2004, Mr. Pottle was Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Arch Wireless, Inc., a publicly traded wireless messaging company, and from October 1994 to February 1998 Mr. Pottle was Vice President and Treasurer of Jones Intercable, Inc., a publicly traded cable television company in Denver, Colorado. Prior to Jones Intercable, Inc., Mr. Pottle held a variety of senior positions in both Toronto and New York with The Bank of Nova Scotia where he specialized in lending to the media and telecommunications industries. Mr. Pottle currently serves as a special advisor and observer for the board of directors of two private companies and is on the board of directors of a third private company. Mr. Pottle earned a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters of Business Administration from Concordia University.

Colin King , , , Director and Chief Executive Officer

Colin King is Chief Executive Officer of Crosswinds Holdings Inc. Colin is also the Managing Director of CDJ Global Catalyst LLC.

From 1987 to 2008 Colin worked at Goldman Sachs & Co, and was most recently the Managing Director of the Markets Coverage Group. He joined the Markets Coverage Group in 2001 to service a cross-asset class, brokerage-based business for hedge funds, family offices and high-net-worth individuals. Beginning in 1991, Colin worked with the Mortgage and Asset Backed Securities Group as well as the Structured Products New Issues Group. He was promoted to Managing Director in 1998 heading Mortgage and Asset Backed Securities Syndicate. From 1989 to 1991, Colin worked as a Vice President in Goldman’s Capital Markets Group, handling Financial Institutions coverage. From 1987 to 1989, he handled Canadian Coverage. He gained broad exposure across most of the firm’s major divisions, strong training in investing, sourcing, developing relationships, structuring and managing people. His experience has equipped him with a particularly unique knowledge of risk taking and risk mitigation. Colin also played a significant role in mentoring, recruiting and hiring new talent for Goldman Sachs & Co.

Prior to Goldman, Colin spent two years with Hill Samuel & Co. in their Special Products Group, structuring currency and interest rate swaps. Colin started his career with Chase Manhattan Bank working with their Credit Training Desk and taking part in their Canadian Corporate Coverage effort. Colin received his Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada in 1982.

Bradd Gold , , , Director

Bradd Gold is an investor in and provides consulting services through Au Consulting, LLC, a private investment company. From 1998 to June 2006, Mr. Gold was a portfolio manager at Mariner Investment Group, Inc. where he was instrumental in developing, marketing and managing funds for Caspian Capital Partners, LLC, growing the fund from USD$25 million to USD$600 million during his tenure. Prior to this, Mr. Gold spent 14 years working in institutional sales and trading at Bear Stearns Companies, Inc., Lehman Brothers, Inc. and finally at Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. where he managed the Preferred Stock Department for three years. Mr. Gold holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.

Gaetano Muzio , , , Director

Gaetano J. Muzio is the co-founder of Ocean Gate Capital Management, LP. For 27 years prior to founding Ocean Gate, Mr. Muzio worked at Goldman Sachs in various positions, including serving as a Managing Director from 1996 until his retirement in 2004. In 1986, he became the first Global Mortgage and Asset Backed Sales Manager responsible for creating the sales team and strategy and was also one of the founding members of the Mortgage and Asset Backed Department. His responsibilities included oversight of trading, risk management, sales, research, structured finance and compliance for the department. Mr. Muzio is also a director of Radian Group Inc. (NYSE:RDN) and Validant, a private biopharmaceutical and medical device remediation and consulting firm with over 350 field consultants. Mr. Muzio holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Columbia School of Business.

Robert Wolf , , , Director

Since February 2008, Robert Wolf, through RTW Capital Corporation, has been providing financial consulting to small to medium sized businesses in a variety of sectors. Mr. Wolf also serves as a trustee of OneREIT, WPT Industrial REIT, and was a director of C.A. Bancorp Canadian Realty Finance Corporation from February 2008 to April 2011, and of InnVest REIT until 2016. Mr. Wolf also serves as a nominee director of Crosswinds on Monarch Delaware Holdings LLC. Prior to March 2008, Mr. Wolf served as Chief Financial Officer of RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust from its inception in 1994. Mr. Wolf holds his Chartered Professional Accountancy designation, a Masters of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University.

Mark Gardhouse , , , Director

Mr. Gardhouse is an experienced financial professional having worked in the Canadian private equity industry for over 25 years on both the direct investing and capital raising sides, holding senior leadership roles in merchant banking, private equity and finance with several large Canadian financial institutions. For the past five years, Mr. Gardhouse has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of a $580 million revenue/annual mini conglomerate with five specialty businesses and over 1200 employees headquartered in Edmonton, Canada. From 2005-2010, Mr. Gardhouse held the position of President of C.A. Bancorp Inc. (now, Crosswinds). Prior to that, Mr. Gardhouse was Managing Director/Group Head of Roynat Capital Inc.’s (a division of Scotiabank) middle market internal equity buyout group. Mr. Gardhouse has successfully invested in various industries including financial services, auto parts manufacturing, heavy industrial products, distribution and food manufacturing and wholesaling. Before his tenure at Roynat Capital Inc., Mr. Gardhouse negotiated and structured financial investments and acquisitions for several different financial firms and banks including Canadian chartered banks, Lincoln Capital Corp. and First Chicago Inc. He has past board experience with a number of Canadian private and public companies as well as the Business Board and Audit Committee of the University of Toronto. Mr. Gardhouse holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.

Thomas Cholnoky , , , Director

Mr. Cholnoky is an Executive Vice-President of Strategy at Transatlantic Re Holdings (“Trans Re”), a position he has held since 2012. He has been responsible for Trans Re’s investments in various insurance and reinsurance related ventures as well as developing new reinsurance opportunities. He previously served as a Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Trans Re and also played an instrumental role in mergers and acquisitions initiatives which resulted in the sale of Trans Re to Alleghany Corp. (NYSE:Y). During the first half of 2009, Mr. Cholnoky worked as an independent consultant for AIG. From 1986-2008, Mr. Cholnoky was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in the Global Investment Research Department where he was the lead analyst covering the Property Casualty and Life Insurance Sectors. During his career at Goldman Sachs, he was a member of the Institutional Investor All America Research Team and received recognition from Greenwich Associate. Mr. Cholnoky began his career as a facultative underwriter for Munich American Re. Mr. Cholnoky holds an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a BA in economics from Trinity College.
